Old Mower engine - please help !

Hi All,
Old engine, bought from car boot. I think there's bits missing !
Next to the exhaust there's a hole - for the carb ?
The pull start mechanism does not engage with the crankshaft - there are tapped holes on the flywheel - but for what exactly ?
The only stamp on the casting says 68885 4 - can anyone kindly ID the engine ?

Hi John.  One of these.  Though the one in the video is fitted with a more modern silencer and ai filter. You can also see the missing starter part which your starter engages with is still present on this one.
