Hi, I have a Countax C600H tractor mower. Due to a few hard knocks with earth mounds, I have bent the axle beam out of true, causing steering problems. Is there an easy way to remove it? The YouTube offerings aren't much help and Google makes it sound like a simple job but I'm struggling to get it out of the central pivot.
Many thanks for and ideas.

Hi Kevin, and welcome to TGMForum.

You'll notice that the panel at the front of the machine that folds down over the front axle beam.  That panel is bolted across the top of the chassis.  To get the axle beam out of the pivot this panel needs to be either removed, or at least the top bolts loosened sufficiently to hinge the panel forward enough to slide the beam out sideways.

Mick, Many thanks for the welcome and the info, that makes sense to me. I'll give it a go tomorrow and see how I go.
