Husqvarna TS142 Cutting Out

Hi All
My Husqvarna TS142 has just started today cutting out for no apparent reason. It will start after a couple of minutes or an hour but will cut out again later. It doesn't cough or splutter, just cuts out. This suggests to me that it isn't a fuel problem but an ignition or safety switch issue.
What are your thoughts?

Hi Dave, and welcome to TGMF.

Going to be honest and say I'm not familiar with this machine at all. A little investigation required on your part unless someone else knows about a known fault with this machine.

It would normally mess about slightly before dying if it was fuel, so I think you're on the right track with the safety or ignition side of things.

Does it still have a spark immediately after it cuts out?
