Noticed at the end of last year the drive on my old Harrier 56 was getting a bit lazy.  On closer inspection it appeared the pulley had tried to jump off the back end, and the idler arm did the usual and started to seize up.

Armed with a box of second hand parts, and back end duly removed and rebuilt, now working like a dream.  Just cut grass without a hitch.  Jeez, it's hot out there.   ???
