Scheppach log splitter hydraulic seal replacement?

I wasn't sure where to post this query but does anyone have any idea on how to replace seals on a log splitter? My OXT 500 is leaking some hydraulic oil so I need to replace the seals (I presume). I've had it at least 15 years and some use out of it but this model is discontinued and I have no knowledge about hydraulics and taking apart a log splitter. Scheppach in Germany have just sent me the manual which I already have. Any help much appreciated.
