2016 Weibang 56 (WB567SBV-R 56V)

Sorry if this is poor form on forums, this is my first one! But I have a 2016 Weibang 56 (WB567SBV-R (56V)), that the roller seams to not work when on grass and going up slopes but does on the driveway. Looking at this forum it seams I might need to either replace a "cheesy" spring on the belt tensioner or replace the tensioner with an upgraded part "WGTAS".  I am finding it a problem to find a supplier online for either of these parts. Anyone know where I go to buy one of these parts. Seams to only be Gateshead Lawnmower Centre online that does the spring https://jungle-busters.co.uk/product/weibang-belt-tension-spring-legacy-48-56/ not sure about the WGTAS upgraded part. Thanks

Hi Gingerman, and welcome to TGMF.

If you check out the Weibang website it should have a dealer locator on there which will point you to your nearest dealer.  The only online supplier I found does the whole pulley assembly only which is a tad expensive.  https://www.mowers-online.co.uk/weibang-lawnmower-variable-speed-pulley-assembly-wgtas/

You could try stretching your old spring back out and get you going again for a while, but in my experience it will fail again at some point because the spring is pretty soft.    Also make sure the belts are good because they can get quite thin which also make them run loose.
