SV 150 Ignition coil

Had an old Champion mower that come in for non starting. After I sorted out the carb which was bunged up with old stale fuel I gave it a test run.

Machine ran very nicely, but when I released the bail arm to stop the machine it wouldn't stop, it just started misfiring but continued to run. Checked the switch and wiring then noticed the coil was floating about on its armature creating a bad earth.

Riveted the earth tag up nice and tight and put a dollop of epoxy on the ends of the coil to stop it moving. Works nicely now.
