Solo T20-105.6 HDV2

Can anyone tell me why on a Solo T20-105.6 HDV2 the audio alert isn't working anymore to tell me the grass box is full?

I have checked the lever which activates the micro switch but and it appears to be working but there still isn't any warning sound?

Can't say I've worked on one of these machines unfortunately. Does the machine also have a visual indicator on the dashboard to tell you the box is full? If yes does this display correctly, or has this stopped working as well?
