Hayter 41 worth the time?

Hi to all, I have taken in a few lawnmowers from a scrap man, one of which is a hayter 41, it is in really poor condition and needs a lot doing to it to make it back to how it once was, the question is, is it worth the time and money for me to refurb this machine back to its glory days.

It needs.

1, Welding to the deck. It's missing its metal back,
2, carb needs cleaning
3, coil pack needs changing as there is no spark on any of my sparkplugs I've tested on
4, leaks fuel from the carb when you push the primer button
5, full paint job
6, new handlebar pull bar as this one is broken and someone has tried to make it work by ducktaping a piece of metal to it to hold it in place.

I like to rebuild mowers as a hobby but I don't like to take a massive loss on what I'm doing, so is it worth the money and time?

Hi again.  ;)

A few questions.

What engine is fitted to Hayter 41? Briggs, or Tecumseh.
Is it a Harrier 41 or something else.

Do you have a couple of photos of it?

I'm thinking it's probably best to use for parts rather than throw a load of money at something which is obsolete. This would obviously depend on the questions above.
