Harrier 480 Chain cover.

Don't you just hate it when you start servicing one of the Harrier 480 series mowers, a quick  look underneath very often present's you with a chain cover like this.  It's not that it's difficult to replace, though you do have to remove the back end. 

But this just irritates the crap out of me.  :)

never taken the backend out of one of those models myself but herd it was tricky esp compared to the 219 models, any easy way to do it or video?

Greg,  the 480 for me is actually easier than the 219.  It was out and on my bench in around five minutes.  Springs and con rod are really easy to get back on as well.
