hello all,

I have a Honda HR173 that only likes to run with the air filter element and top cover removed. If the top cover is placed on the air box the engine starts to run 'lumpy'. This would indicate that it is not getting enough air when the lid and element are fitted. Could this be a carburetor fault or is there something I am missing here?Read More

Hello All,

I was given a side drive Harrier 48 Code 480. The Briggs engine is smoking and I have ordered new piston rings. Question is it possible to hone the Quantum cylinder (i.e. do they have an iron lining?

Thanks for any advice.

I'm servicing my carb for the first time on my HP474 but I can't remove the jet, the driver doesn't seem to grip the jet. Does a flat blade screwdriver work or is a special tool required?

Hi Mick,

Are you aware if the Weibang Legacy 48 Pro has the same speed control modifications as the larger 56 PRO?
