Hi all,
I'm having trouble locating and purchasing a PCB and ignition switch for my c800h
Referrals much appreciated. 👍

The PCB board and inition switch should be available at your local Countax dealer, they might have to order it if not in stock, but they should be able to get it for you.

They will need the serial number off the chassis of the machine.

I've contacted several dealers and they either don't reply, don't call back after initial contact or are reluctant to assist.

You could phone Countax directly and ask them for the part numbers and then ask your dealer to order them. I'm betting the dealer finds it difficult to identify the correct PCB board etc,.

I've sent the serial number over to two companies. It just seems like no one is interested in helping.
I'm actually trying to sell the ride on but would like it fully functional first.
I can by pass the PCB and Ignition and it runs fine but it's very dangerous as I can't disengaged the cutter deck.
Once I start it the cutting deck remains engaged.
